Outdoor & Environmental FAQs
What outdoor and environmental services do you offer?
SKK installs garden and landscape lighting, including pathway and solar lighting, and bird proofing systems for buildings and structures, as part of improving the safety, function and appearance of a property.
What is bird proofing and why does a building need it?
Bird proofing stops pigeons and other birds from roosting and nesting on ledges, roofs, signage and structures. Droppings and nesting damage finishes, block gutters and create hygiene and slip risks. Physical deterrents such as spikes and netting are installed to keep birds off without harming them.
Do you install garden and pathway lighting?
Yes. We plan and install garden, landscape and pathway lighting, including solar options, to improve safety and appearance after dark.
How does an outdoor installation work?
We assess the outdoor space and your requirements, plan the right solution and layout, install it cleanly and precisely, and finish with a final check for durability, function and finish quality.
